Space Rental Rates and Policies Sheet

Spaces:

1) 3D Living Room; a private room with a couch, chairs, and an area for setting up equipment (max capacity 8 people)
2) 3D Home Theatre; a private room with an 8’ screen and consumer-grade DLP projector (max capacity 10 people)

Rental rate for each space:
- $175/hr with a 2 hr. minimum, or $750/day
- the rental duration includes set-up and tear-down time
- the renter will select one of the two rental options in advance
- the ETC will send the renter a Proposal before the event, and Invoice the renter after the event  

Policies
- The ETC will supply power and high speed internet connectivity (wired and wireless)
- The renter is responsible for setting up, running, and tearing down their demonstration equipment and meeting materials
- The renter may access equipment and services contained in the ETC’s collection for use during the renter’s meeting.  The renter must request access to specific equipment and services in the ETC’s collection, and the ETC must agree to allow that access, prior to the date of the renter’s meeting.  
- The renter may not use the equipment or service of any competitor that is part of the ETC’s collection during the renter’s meetings unless the renter has been granted that competitor’s explicit permission.  The renter must give the ETC adequate time and contact information to verify the authorization prior to the renter’s meeting.
- The ETC will, to the best of its ability, configure chairs and equipment platforms in the space selected by the renter as specified by the renter
- The ETC will provide beverages at no additional charge.  The ETC can arrange catering.  The renter will pay the cost of the catering plus a $25 administration fee.
- The ETC will supply the renter with an email that the renter can distribute containing driving directions, parking instructions and contact information for the ETC
- The renter shall not represent in any way their use of the ETC facility as an endorsement by the ETC or its member companies.
