Becoming a Sponsor

Companies that provide products and services for the entertainment industry can become Project Sponsors. Project Sponsors provide financial and in-kind support to a current Project [1] and/or Laboratory.

Four tiers of AACL Sponsorship are available:

1. Individual Member - Free
Provide information, analysis, feedback on our website, and get invited to participate in select ETC activities.

2. Affiliate Sponsorship
Provide equipment/software/services for potential integration and inclusion in the AACL. Receive acknowledgment at the AACL and on our website.

3. Project Sponsorship
For an annual fee of $50,000, up to half of which can be in-kind contributions of products and/or services requested by the ETC, some of the benefits your company will receive (see table below for more benefits):

a. Exposure to key industry decision-makers and press who frequent the facility;

b. Participation on our Technical Advisory Board which (a) develops and implements AACL hardware/software plans and testing methodologies, and (b) discusses consumer feedback and issues/plans with commercial digital roll-outs;

c. Acknowledgment on our web site and in press materials;

d. 25% discount on confidential testing and client demonstration services;

e. Use of the AACL at no facility charge for demos that have a technology interest and which members of our Technical Advisory Board (TAB) may attend.

4. ETC Executive Sponsorship
A small number of project sponsors will be invited to join as board-level sponsors working with the studios, technology, and service providers in determining the industry’s challenges and priorities for exploration at the AACL and beyond.
