The manufacturer just announced plans to offer the LW5300 3D TV as part of a comprehensive bundle. So when you buy one of the two 3D TVs in that series, you’ll also get an LG Blu-ray 3D player and four pairs of passive 3D glasses, all for the price of the TV itself. Available in 47- and 55-inch sizes, the LW5300 Cinema 3D TV features passive 3D technology, which uses light, inexpensive polarized 3D glasses to create the 3D image. In fact, it’s very similar to what you see in your local movie theater. No emitter and no batteries are needed.
