3D-ISH APP FOR ANDROID PHONES

[StereoscopyNews]

3D-ish camera is a pseudo-3D application for Android phones. 3D-ishcamera records a short video sequence and extract enough information to recreate multiple views of a scene. Another application called 3D-ish viewer displays the image and changes the viewpoint when you move the phone, giving a depth feeling through motion parallax.

3D-ish camera costs 1 US$ and 3D-ish viewer is free.

3D-ish camera works by merging several photos over a short period of time into one single (but multi-image) photo file. Although 3D-ish photos look nice when viewed with 3D-ish Viewer, to all other programs they are regular photos, so they can be viewed, saved, emailed, etc. without any problems.

3D-ish is developed by Elseways. Elseways also developed a small Javascript viewer for inclusion of a 3D-ish images in any web page.
