$70 3D Shot Cam Takes Simple 3D Pictures

Can’t afford to buy a full-fledged 3D camera? Perhaps a simpler version of a 3D camera might suit you, as Takara Tomy has announced its 3D Shot Cam, which is a simple photo camera that is armed with two lenses. It’ll set you back $70 when it hits Japan next spring and won’t even be able to directly display the 3D images that you’ve just taken. In order to check out the 3D images, you’ll need to print out the two pictures that are shot side-by-side, and view them through a special viewer to get the 3D effect. The 3D Shot Cam sports a 0.3-megapixel image sensor, SD memory card slot, and will come bundled with two 3D viewers.
