Sony Details Piranha 3D on Blu-ray 3D

Sony Pictures Home Entertainment has confirmed that Piranha 3D will be swimming onto Blu-ray Disc, Blu-ray 3D and DVD on January 11, 2011.

The gratuitous killer fish flick from director Alexandre Aja stars Elisabeth Shue, Adam Scott, Jerry O’Connell, Ving Rhames, Steven R. McQueen, Jessica Szohran and Kelly Brock. Notable cameos are made by Eli Roth, Richard Dreyfuss and Christopher Lloyd.

The Blu-ray and Blu-ray 3D versions will include identical bonus features once factoring in the Blu-ray version comes packaged in the 3D set. Buyers of the Blu-ray 3D version will see some of the following bonus features popping up on both discs in their package.
