Atlantic Technology FS-7.1 delivers 3D sound without cluttering your room

[Press Release – UberGizmo]

Want 7.1 surround sound in your living room but don’t want to clutter it up with speakers all over the floor? Well, you could resort to headphones, but that wouldn’t allow you to share the experience with other people – and that’s why Atlantic Technology have come up with a solution to the problem. Called the FS-7.1, this sound system consists of a single enclosure and uses the acoustics of your room to deliver 7.1 surround sound.

It is the successor to the original FS-7.0, and according to Atlantic Technology, the FS-7.1 relies less on the walls for surround sound, with its surround drivers angled forward for improved effects even when there are no nearby side walls. It works best with a subwoofer and Atlantic Technology has come up with a new subwoofer just for the FS-7.1: the 125-watt SB-900 subwoofer. The FS-7.1 and SB-900 are both available now with MSRPs of $950 and $350 respectively.
