Nvidia Unveils 3D Vision 2 Tech

… For Vision 2, Nvidia didn’t change the hardware or base technology used in 3D Vision 1’s glasses but the company changed the size of the lenses by 20 percent. This gives it a wider viewing area and block out external light more efficiently.

Monitors that support 3D LightBoost technology deliver up to 2 times brighter 3D images than current 3D solutions. Nvidia said that environmental lighting was improved, which made gaming keyboards and mice more visible in the dark. LightBoost also decreases 3D ghosting. …
