Ducks vs. UCLA game to be broadcast in 3D

They’ll get a weekend to rest up but look out — the Oregon Ducks’ quack attack is coming back in 3D.

ESPN announced the Thursday, October 21 game against UCLA will be broadcast on the relatively new ESPN – 3D network.

The network will utilize Sony professional 3D cameras at Autzen Stadium.

Oregon is the only unbeaten Pac-10 team but running through that tough league unbeaten will be a serious challenge. The Ducks still have to play Oregon State, Arizona and USC.

Kickoff is set for 6 p.m.

ESPN 3D is showing 13 college football games this year, including the 2011 BCS National Championship game on Jan. 10. in Glendale, Ariz.

ESPN has been using cutting-edge technology located at the Wide World of Sports complex at Walt Disney World.

The channel is available through AT&T U-Verse, Comcast and DIRECTV.  It will launch soon on Time Warner Cable.
