Our latest update on the digital cinema conversion process looks at the key integrators and others installing digital projection equipment, finding that while an increasing number of virtual print fee deals are in place, for the most part finance is not. Currently only 3D is driving conversion, with every prospect that film distribution and exhibition will be running 35mm and digital channels alongside each other for a decade to come.
