World’s Largest Full LED 3D TV: LG LZ9700 revealed in South Africa

The world’s largest full LED 3D TV, the LG LZ9700 was recently launched in South Africa. The LG 3D TV measures a mammoth 72 inches.

Complete dimension details of the LZ9700 from LG are 59 inches wide and 40 inches tall with an ultra slim design and sporting 400 Hz TruMotion support.

A press statement from LG says: “With full HD resolution on an LED display, the LZ9700 delivers pictures as large and colorful as paintings at an art gallery. The extra spacious screen size also makes the picture more immersive than ever, offering viewers a 3D experience every bit as good as the screen in the local multiplex.”

Viewers can also enjoy video streaming data from YouTube as well as photo views from Picasa which is Google’s free web photo service.

The TV also features a DLNA function which helps in setting up wireless connectivity with the TV set. Users can then connect to the net and enjoy the contents on the large screen of the TV set.

Price of the TV is South Africa is R249, 999.99 (Including VAT) which is as exclusive as the features that the set boasts of.
