Free Los Angeles indie 3D screenings

The Los Angeles 3-D Club (SCSC – http://la3dclub.com/ ) Movie Division presents a free screening of the award winning 3D movies from the past three international LA3D Club Film Festivals. The Festival’s mission is to showcase the best independent stereoscopic 3-D filmmaking from around the world. The free 3D screening takes place at 7:30pm, Thursday, September 30, 2010, at the Downtown Independent Theater in Los Angeles.

The 2 hour program includes the finest 3D dramas, comedies, documentaries and experimental short 3D CG films produced by indie 3D filmmakers today with selections such as Slow Glass by Ray Zone, Elevation by Eric Kurland, Pump Action by Phil McNally, The Caretaker 3D by Sean Isroelit and Jeff Amaral, Microworlds by Greg Passmore of Passmore Labs and A Fractal Odyssey, a mind-blowing CG journey through theoretical mathematics by John Hart and Jerry Oldaker.
