The Entertainment Technology Center @ USC announced today that its staff will be providing real-time updates on the must-see entertainment related products at the 2010 International CES (Consumer Electronic Show) through the ETC@USC CES blog. The 2010 International CES will take place at the Las Vegas Convention Center from January 7th through 10th. With a history that spans four decades, The International CES has a track record of connecting consumer electronics innovators, enabling the industry to grow and thrive. THE ETC@USC blog can be accessed by signing up at https://www.etcenter.org/ces2010_signup.
“The 2010 International CES is shaping up to be a very exciting show. Given the position ETC@USC plays in the entertainment and technology worlds, our staff is uniquely qualified to provide valuable real-time information about the most interesting products from the show floor. Our blog will maximize the time show attendees spend on the show floor and provide those who don’t attend the show with background and insight on the best entertainment products and services exhibited at the show,” said David Wertheimer, CEO and executive director of ETC@USC.
This is the second year a team of experts related to ETC@USC has roamed the show, blogging tips on “THE” must-see products shown at CES. The overview and product listing pages (sorted by hall and booth for those at the show) will be updated frequently during CES and will be available to all who sign up to receive it. A separate, more complete blog, and commentary, will be sent to ETC@USC Executive/Platinum Sponsors. All of the blogging, communication, and feedback created by the team underscore the overall goal of ETC@USC to work with Hollywood studios and entertainment technology companies to bring the latest and greatest products to consumers.
